Such an amazing experience. It was my first time buying a car and not only did they make it happen in less than 24 hours but they walked me through absolutely everything. I never felt belittled or like I was just a commission payment, I felt more and more so like I was someone they actually wanted to help. Emmett and Justin (I’m pretty sure) were my main points of contact throughout the day and whatever they’re getting paid is not enough, haha!! They were so caring and ensured I was well informed before making decisions and confident in my purchase. I cannot sing their praises enough. Thank you for such an amazing experience, I love my vehicle and will be a life long customer with you guys!!

Great experience! I'm from out of state and made an appointment while in town to get a recall issue resolved. They were courteous, and helpful. Everything was taken care of and settled within an hour.

Garrett really made my experience at Billion five stars. He took so much time with me, helping me shop, sending me info, doing test drives, and being patient, as the process has been long. In the past I leased a Nissan and in the future I am working on a Denali XL, and Garrett will be the one I go to. Highly recommend.

Billion Auto Group has an amazing team. They still have that small-town, mom-and-pop feel. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Cam, our salesman. I was very hesitant about going to another dealership because I didn’t want to deal with pressure or surprise costs, but Cam was the complete opposite. He was friendly, honest, never pushy, and worked with us every step of the way to make everything come together smoothly. Billon auto group was smooth and efficient. We weren’t waiting around for hours. More dealerships should strive to be like Billion Auto Group, and more salespeople should be like Cam. We will absolutely be buying more vehicles from Billon Auto Group.

Loved my experience at Billion! Phil found us the best VW, and we are so pleased with it. He was clear and thorough, listened to what we needed and our goals and did a great job meeting us where we were at. I would recommend him (& the whole staff) to anyone! They have a kids area which was a lifesaver for our little one, a great little lounge which was nice to wait in. All the staff was so nice and helpful and I’m really grateful for all their help!
